Lavender Lotis is a pioneering healthcare initiative dedicated to ensuring universal healthcare access and coverage for the LGBTQ community, especially for transgender women in the DC area. By integrating user-centered design and AI technology, Lavender Lotis enhances patient experiences and streamlines provider efficiency, creating a more inclusive healthcare environment.
Founded by a team of passionate Researchers, Social workers and Designers, Lavender Lotis initially operated with a focus on understanding the unique needs of the LGBTQ community, conducting extensive research, and developing innovative solutions tailored to these needs. This empathetic approach fostered deep community connections and led to significant improvements in healthcare accessibility and quality for its users.

Patients connected to care.
Built on top of the industry-standard patient-care system, the Lavender Lotis app allows patients to manage appointments, view and contact care providers, and track daily healthcare activities.
